Project overview
Sixty archive-based stage visuals created for Disco Misr, turning familiar Egyptian screen characters into performers for the live set.
Challenge
The source material spanned different eras, characters, image quality and performance styles, yet every clip needed to synchronize convincingly with its track.
Solution
We built an AI lip-sync workflow for all 60 videos, adapting each facial performance to the music while retaining the identity and texture of the archive footage.
